Horizons is a free drop-in youth center on Main Street in Massena, NY. The Clubhouse welcomes teens ages 12-17. The Clubhouse is a fun, safe after-school environment for teens to spend their free time. We provide activities that equip youth with crucial life skills and tools to assist them throughout their lives, while having fun all at once! Horizons Youth Clubhouse strives to help shape youth into well-rounded members of society.

Bettering the community by positively influencing youth to make educated and informed life decisions. We aspire to prepare youth for the future ahead as members of our community.
The Council has been providing prevention, education, information, intervention, and referral services to St. Lawrence County residents for more than 25 years.
